Reservation Policy

Purchase and Reservation Conditions:

1. Booking Window:  We recommend booking your sessions at least a week in advance. However, if you're looking for a last-minute adventure, feel free to check for availability, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made 4 days or more prior to the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled session are non-refundable.                                                                                                  

3. Rescheduling Policy:

   • If you wish to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 4 days in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.                                                                

4. Hazardous Weather:

   • In the event of inclement weather or unsafe surf conditions, we prioritize your safety and enjoyment. Should we need to cancel a session due to weather conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule.                                                                                                       

5. Time:

   • We kindly request that you be on time for your scheduled session. If you are late, the duration of your experience may be adjusted.                                                                                                               

6. Group Sizes:

   • Each session is designed to offer a personalized experience, and as such, we can limit the group size. This ensures individualized attention and a more engaging surfing experience.
   • Our surf lessons are designed to provide a focused learning environment and personal assistance, and therefore, we maintain our lessons private.                                                                                             

7. Age Restrictions:

   • Participants must be able to swim by themselves. 
   • Surf Lessons: Our lessons are suitable for participants of all ages, and children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.                                                                                                        

8. Health and Fitness:

   • Surfing requires a moderate level of physical fitness. Participants should be in good health and able to swim confidently in open water.
   • If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely, please inform us in advance, and we will work with you to ensure a suitable surfing experience.

By proceeding with the purchase of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agree to these conditions and accept to release Surf Guide Mx from any liability.
